ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Executive Committee – The Heads of each participating agency, or their duly appointed alternate. The Executive Committee identifies priorities and overall direction of activities to advance the objectives identified in the MOU.

Steering Committee – One representative from each participating agency, designated by the Head of their Agency. The Steering Committee coordinates, directs and monitors the progress of cooperative activities undertaken in accordance to directions given by the Executive Committee.

Coordinating Group – One or more representative(s) from each participating agency, designated by Steering Committee. The Coordinating Group supports the Steering Committee in the coordination and facilitation of activities and projects undertaken in accordance to directions given by the Executive Committee.

Task Group – Representative(s) from participating agencies, designated by the Steering Committee members. Task Groups are established to realize specific projects, and not as permanent structures. The scope of work, expected results or products and other key considerations are established by the Steering Committee in the form of Terms of Reference.
